Audition Date: Friday, April 25, 2025.

Location: The Vault Dance Studio

Times: 10 years & under 4-5 pm, 11 years & up 5-6 pm.

**Please arrive 15 minutes early to check-in and warm-up.

Attire: Hair in a slicked bun, only black dance attire, pink tights, + bring ALL dance shoes including sneakers.

Rules and Regulations

These rules and regulations must be read and understood by both parents and dancer. 1. Dancers must be registered for the required amount of company classes for technical training. This includes classes in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Acro, and more. 2. Dancers must be present at all company rehearsals scheduled for the year. Dancers will only be permitted 3 unexcused absences for the year. An excused absence is considered a death in the family, contagious illness, or a religious event. Family trips, vacations, or parties are not considered excused. 3. Scheduled rehearsals will be pre-arranged so families can plan accordingly. 4. Dancers missing more than the allotted amount may result in probation or dismissal from the company. 5. Dancers must attend all mandatory conventions, competitions, and performances. Dancers will not be penalized from all optional events. A detailed schedule of the dance season will be provided at the 'Company Parent Meeting' at the beginning of each dance year. 6. If a dancer is injured or cannot physically participate she/he must still attend classes and rehearsals. Depending on the injury, the dancer will take notes or lightly participate. Quitting during the season due to a curable injury is strictly prohibited. 7. Dancers must be dressed in The Vault uniform for all classes and rehearsals. In order to look cohesive, dancers must wear the Company jacket, sweat set and have the company duffel bag at all public events. 8. Dancers must show respect and refrain from gossip towards fellow dancers, teachers, and any other studios or dancers. They must always conduct themselves in an appropriate and honorable manor. We strive to encourage a healthy dance environment to perpetuate team unity. 9. All fees and accounts are to be kept current. Fundraising opportunities and sponsorship information are available for families that might be interested. 10. Dancer and family social media accounts should be kept professional. 11. Any dancer caught stealing, drinking, using drugs, or behaving inappropriately in any form will be terminated from the company. 12. Dancers are expected to stay in physical and technical shape throughout the year. Especially during the summer.
