Students must arrive with proper hair and ONLY The Vault dance uniform.

Students should arrive 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS TIME. Tardiness is unacceptable.

A current credit card MUST be kept on file at all times.

The monthly tuition will be charged between the 1st and 5th of every month while enrolled at the VDS.

Any payments after the 5th will be charged a $15 late fee. There is a $35 fee for all returned checks.

I acknowledge that failure to pay the monthly balance on my account or give written notice by the 5th of each month will result in the full tuition plus a $15 late fee charged to my credit card on file.

I am under no yearly contract but required to give written notice in the event of a withdrawal or extended absence from the Studio.

There are no REFUNDS, EXTENDED PAYMENTS, OR CREDITS. If injured or sick, students are required to attend and observe class. Make-up classes are encouraged.

All TUITION and COSTUME balances must be paid in full in order for costumes to be released for the End of Year Recital.

My child's photograph or video may be relased for use in social media,and program platforms.
