RECITAl usb FORM

USB:

  • The End of Year Recital will be professionally videotaped and edited by Adam’s Creative Images.

  • The USB will begin with a pre-show video montage of the performers followed by the entire showcase.  

  • USB price- $50. The USB price includes tax. 

  • Once you have selected your payment method on the form below, you must submit your final payment at the front desk or via Venmo/Zelle.
